Answer these 10 quick questions to uncover the real reasons why you’re not able to take control of your creative work.

Angie Vorhies

I had been lost in the Dark Forest for quite a while.

My goal coming into the Workshop was to start my own podcast, but I had no clear idea about what it would be about or how I would get it done. The Workshop helped me take the next step: working with a partner to develop the pilot season.

Ironically, taking that step has helped me realize that my goal has changed. I no longer want to do my own podcast. And that’s ok. If I hadn’t taken action I would still be stuck in my original idea and would have slowly given up, as I have with many other large, ambitious projects.

Instead I have shifted my expectations. I don’t have to do this all by myself and compete with others who have 20 years of experience! Now I am focused on what I really want: to work on an audio projects and build a creative community around that.
